Bianco Brio (MY) is a ready-to-use UHT product for confectionary and cooking.

Applications:
For cooking: it can be used like cream with rice, pasta, meat, vegetable and other dishes.
For whipping: chill between +5°C and +10°C, sweeten to taste and whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is obtained.

Shake well before use.

Ingredients:
Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fat (25%) (fat (palm kernel), oils (rapeseed, sunflower, maize and soybean in varying proportions)), BUTTERMILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, maltodextrin, emulsifiers (E472b, E471, E322 sunflower lecithin), stabilizers (E452i, E412, E410, E460i, E466).
